Relaxing Technique

I really had problems with the relaxing exercise, I think to much. I have a problem shutting off my brain. I am always thinking about whether it is working or not, am a relaxing? That type of thing. I guess I am going to have to practice relaxing, I never would have thought I would have to practice that!

  1. The exercise to cleanse the mind and body of toxins in thought as well as the physical. Learning to relax does take time and effort as if your were training for a marathon. It is not an easy task for people who have a hard time shutting down. The trick is to letting go of the controlling! Trust in yourself and let it be.
